Ken Carnes

Ken has over twenty years of domestic and international sales, coaching, and executive leadership experience. He has successfully led the sales organizations for two Fortune 500 companies and has held senior executive positions in three leading professional services organizations. As a consultant, Ken has coached hundreds of Fortune 1000 executives on ways to improve their individual and team performance. He is the co-author of two successful books, Management Insights – Discovering the Truths to Management Success, and Escape from Management Land. He is also the author of the popular book Influential Selling – How to Win in Today’s Selling Environment. Ken plays a key role in setting our vision as well as leading, directing and delivering our products and services.

 

 

Steve Krause

Steve has thirty years of sales, management, leadership and coaching experience. He has developed an expertise and passion for coaching sales leaders to improve their individual and sales team’s performance. He has been recognized by the Sales Executive Council for creating and delivering world-class sales effectiveness programs. His experience enables him to quickly help others inspire, create positive energy and facilitate performance, learning and development of individuals, teams and organizations. With his broad industry experiences Steve consistently helps leaders assess People, Process and Tools to increase productivity, capabilities, capacity, and deliver results with a high return on investment. Steve is an active Principal in business development, delivery and account management of both CornerStone Services’ practice areas of Leadership and Sales Effectiveness.

John Scammon

Over the past thirty years John has worked and consulted in a wide variety of industries including financial services, chemicals, nutraceuticals, agriculture, music, software and technology. He is co-founder of two database marketing and consulting firms, one of which was sold to a Fortune 1000 company in 1996. John holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from California State University, Northridge where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Past activities include Assistant Professorships at Southern Illinois University and Arizona State University. John's responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the company. He is also responsible for project management and fulfillment/delivery of projects as a Leadership and Sales Effectiveness coach and consultant. John and his wife, Denise, also raise corriente cattle (rodeo stock) on their Arizona ranch.
