Ken Carnes

Ken has over twenty years of domestic and international sales, coaching, and executive leadership experience. He has successfully led the sales organizations for two Fortune 500 companies and has held senior executive positions in three leading professional services organizations. As a consultant, Ken has coached hundreds of Fortune 1000 executives on ways to improve their individual and team performance. He is the co-author of two successful books, Management Insights – Discovering the Truths to Management Success, and Escape from Management Land. He is also the author of the popular book Influential Selling – How to Win in Today’s Selling Environment. Ken plays a key role in setting our vision as well as leading, directing and delivering our products and services.



Steve Krause

Steve Krause, Principal and Executive Coach Steve has over thirty four years of sales, management, coaching, leadership and consulting experience. He brings his broad industry experiences to our clients; financial services, IT services, software, retail, insurance, manufacturing, food, packaging, retail, media, travel/convenience and oil/gas. He has a passion for helping leaders achieve results with improved customer and people focused processes, tools, and business practices to increase individual and team effectiveness. Steve is a key company resource in business development, account management and coaching programs at the Executive, Director, Manager and High Potential levels. He also leads our Sales Effectiveness consulting – sales process, messaging, account planning, strategy, ROI and sales coaching. Steve lives in Tulsa, OK.

John Scammon

Over the past thirty years John has worked and consulted in a wide variety of industries including financial services, chemicals, nutraceuticals, agriculture, music, software and technology. He is co-founder of two database marketing and consulting firms, one of which was sold to a Fortune 1000 company in 1996. John holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from California State University, Northridge where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Past activities include Assistant Professorships at Southern Illinois University and Arizona State University. John's responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the company. He is also responsible for project management and fulfillment/delivery of projects as a Leadership and Sales Effectiveness coach and consultant. John and his wife, Denise, also raise corriente cattle (rodeo stock) on their Arizona ranch.
